Engraving Information
Engraving on all items is $.37 per letter except where noted. In some cases, because of the type of engraving required to embellish the item, engraving charges may be more. Call us toll-free or email us and our experienced staff will gladly help you word your engraved message or go over the specifications of a custom order.
Order Form
If you choose not to utilize our online ordering system, you may simply print out our order form, fill it out and either mail it to 1875 Route 23 South, Wayne, NJ 07470 or fax it toll free to 888-457-9090. Please, be sure to print neatly or type your order information.
Custom Award Logos
We can embellish your awards with your company, organization or department logo. Crisp, clean black and white digital artwork is required. We accept artwork as a Windows Illustrator .eps file in vector format. Logos in other formats may be submitted but additional logo set-up charges will occur. If you prefer your logo in color rather than engraved, we can screen up to three color logos on some awards. Please, call customer service for applicable screen and setup charges.
Stock Award Logos
If a custom logo doesn't suit your needs we have over one hundred stock disc logos to choose from as well as several Magnacast logos. Click on the "stock logo" button in any Award Zone to view our inventory.
Turnaround Time
Most of our products ship within one to two weeks. In some instances, three weeks are required for production / assembly, and some of our crystal and marble awards, as well as bronze plaques, bells and axes may require up to three weeks or more due to their custom nature. However, rush service is available and we will do our best to meet any deadline. Please, call us with your needs.
Shipping & Handling
We ship via UPS ground. NEXT DAY AIR and 2ND DAY AIR and 3DAY SELECT are also available. We will inform you of the total shipping cost to your location, along with packing charges if any, when your order is finalized.
